I know this might seem like a lofty goal – I get it. The sheer pace of life these days and the many demands placed on your shoulders from clients, your families and even your own ambitions means that self-care is often at the bottom of the priority list.

But by not making yourself your top priority you’re creating the EXACT circumstances that you don’t want – feeling frantic, overwhelmed, over-burdened and fearful of dropping the ball which will lead to a shit-tonne of other problems that you haven’t even thought of yet.
